After a hooded guy open fire on their patrol vehicle, Roman (Brian Geraghty) will be left wounded and Burgess (Marina Squerciati) requires off after the shooter, briefly shedding view of him, and locations when she relocates him switching in her direction with a shine of silver in his hands. No gun has ended up discovered at the crime scene and the present shooter is identified as a 17-year-old honor pupil who will likely never stroll again expected to his accidental injuries. Protests begin as the public sights the situation as another occurrence of a law enforcement officer shooting an unarmed African American teenager.
